My fourth born

Abby got a little hair cut a few nights ago. I couldn't believe how blond that old hair was!

We have been experiencing nap rebellion around here. Thankfully she has been doing a little better this week. This picture was taken after Rachel read a book to her before bed the other night. Rachel is still talking about how cute Abby was that night. :)

I have been in the bonnet making mood ever since our trip to the River of Time. I found this tutorial on how to make one, it was perfect for Abby, who is almost 3. I need to enlarge the pattern to make one for Rachel now.

That looks like a lot of hair!!
Love the pictures of your kids, as usual. Back to sewing? You are very talented. Looking forward to seeing Rachel's hat.

how long was her hair? Looks like you cut off a small animal!!! Adorable cut by the way - if I ever have girl hair to cut I will know who to call. :-)

BTW - that is NOT an announcement. *grin*

Liz, it's never too cold around here! I have to fight with Tommy and Abby every day to get their clothes on!

Jenny, thanks. :) I wanted him to sit by the big pumpkin, but he wanted to hold his little pumpkin for a picture.

Cathy, as soon as it gets cold out I want to sew something. I don't think I'm very talented, but I try.

Jenny M., I can't wait to hear that announcement from you! Take your time, I know what a handful boys can be. Mine anyway.

That is the sweetest bonnet! And I love the haircut! So cute. How old is Abby? I always forget.

Bonnets always remind me of my piano lessons as a young child. I would sit at the piano all day long and sing those old songs like there's a hole in my bucket and many others. Next time, I'll have dear Abby on my lap for a sing along. Ma, the pigs done got out of their pen again.

Doesn't Abby need the rest of her outfit made before you move onto Rachel's. Thats going to be a little cold for Abby.

Wait. I asked how old she is, but it says clearly in your post that she is almost three. Did I miss that the first time? Did you sneak it in afterward? Am I going crazy?
