We had many well wishers stop in today- Phil bearing popsicles and ice cream bars, Aunt Laurie had a new Hello Kitty backpack for Rachel (school starts Sept. 4!), and the Delong girls stopped in with a gift and cards as well. Here are the kids all coloring together- the #1 activity in this house. Rachel was supposed to be laying low, so that was an acceptable activity. Mackenzie wanted to have a pillow fight, but I said no.

It's so sweet to see them all playing nicely together. Seeing Rachel, you wouldn't even have known she had surgery the same day.
hard to believe school starts in just a few weeks, our babies will start kindergarten, ahhhhh :) thankfully she had this procedure done now instead of during school time, in and out in one day procedures are just wonderful ! is she still snoring or did it help.
looks like fun!
Isn't wonderful having such a great church family
Rachel looked Great! Surgery? What Surgery?
It was great to hear Mackenzie and Amber praying for Rachel. There are lessons to be learned when you listen to children praying.
The girls were happy to see Rachel in such good health.
This is a great time to remind ourselves and the kids that this is an answer to prayer. Sometimes we pray and then when God answers we forget that it didn't "just happen to turn out well."
Stephanie- the night after the surgery I didn't hear her snore once! I went in and listened to her breathing peacefully.
Phil-what you said is so true, our life has been so easy so far we just take it for granted when in all actuality God has been answering our prayers and I need to remember that.
YEAH...no more snoring! Now she can come over and sleep in my bed with me again. :)
I wonder if it is too late for Cathy to have that surgery.
Kara by the look of your "my photo" picture you look a little young to be a mother. :) I love the new wall paper.
Phil yes it is probably to late for Cathy to have surgery. HHahahahahhahhahhahHhHhahahaaaa!!!
