Free = Fabulous

So Monday night I had to say good-bye to my beloved entertainment center. We bought it for 136.00 at Sears when we were first married. I remember these things. Anywho, it has seen better days. It has taken much abuse. A friend of Casey's was getting rid of his tv stand. We snatched it up...

Oooo, so sleek, so modern, so not Kara. I think it just needs some piles on top, that should do the trick.

The old entertainment stand didn't look like it was in bad shape. But the shiney new one does look great.

It makes the room look bigger. Maybe we'll stop by tonight.

Hey is that a new tv too?
Looks good :)

Laurie, that would be nice. But if you don't feel like it I understand.

Jenny, it's not a new tv, it's just CLEAN! It was impossible to clean the entire tv when it was in the other stand, so I have no excuses now.

Amanda- oh a skirt, that would be purty.

Jacke- the old one was missing most of its knobs and it was starting to sag in the middle. And the cabinet door wouldn't stay open when you were searching for something...

Looks so different, and good! Makes me think of doing some changes here. Although the idea of having to dust more.....

I like it. In a sleek sort of way. I'm not into sleek and modern, either. But free I am totally into.

hey you change the template. I wish I could figure out how to change the photo up top. I like this template.

I love the new stand; however, I would have probably had to find SOMEWHERE to stick the old one! I have a hard time "letting go" - ha! Don't you wish there was something you could spray on stuff that would REALLY keep ALL the dust away FOREVER?! And, if Laurie is comeing over, I wanna come too!!

Where'd all the other "stuff" go?

Kyleen, some went to the junk, some went to the basement, and the tapes ended up on the bookcase. I'm probably the only person in America that still likes VHS.

We have a few VHS's. Your not alone. I also think it makes the room look bigger.
