Kate- the blueberries were an afterthought, just for looks. I was not happy at all how my purple frosting was turning out, but then my neighbor appeared with blueberries and all of a sudden it seemed so right.
And again- I am sticking with that recipe from the Hershey's cocoa container, I think it is moist and perfect every time.

What a cute cake! I made blueberry choc muffins and they are blue ish black ish. Not so pretty. Taste okay though.

Is that purple frosting? Libby's one birthday request is to have a purple cake.
That cake is so cute! I was going to do purple for Hannah's cake but it looked weird. Good job on the color :)
