Rachel's school day
When I got home from work today Rachel was very excited to tell me that the kids that were good today got a chance to write on the blackboard. Well guess what she wrote. That's right - "God is good". I asked her what her teacher said. Rachel said Ms. R. told her, "Very nice." I hope she meant it. The next 12 years are going to be very interesting...

The prospect does seem a bit daunting, if you plan on keeping her in public school for her entire education. The other side of the coin, though, is wondering how willing she'll be, when high school rolls around, to keep telling people that God is good.
Don't lose hope. Just keep teaching her right and her tender little heart will lead her. Little James still writes wonderful things like that for his sentences, and talks about the things he loves, most of all God. The power of God, and prayer can surpass any teenage peer pressure.

We still don't know where we are going to send them for middle, high school. Casey is hoping the rapture happens before then.
