Last night we harvested the the pumpkins. Two of them are cooking pumpkins, so I am curious to see how they differ from the other pumpkins in taste. I usually just make muffins with them anyway. I tried a yummy coffee cake recipe a few years ago that had a layer of pumpkin in the middle, I'll have to post that sometime.

Wow september is a big month! I almost know someone whos birthday is each day!!! We have 8 in my family alone!
