Early Morning Garden Tour
It was an early morning here. Thomas wet the bed and was up at 6:15. Yes Jenny, I know you are up at 5:30 every morning, but it's still tooooooo early. So anyway, we were all up and out wandering around the yard at 7:30. Usually I don't let the kids out that early because I don't know who in the neighborhood is still in bed and you really can't keep the boys quiet, but I needed to say good morning to my flowers.
Here is Asiatic lily "Tiny Ghost", one of my clearance finds from last year. Love it!
Rachel is standing next to my favorite daisies in the whole world. They are tall and sturdy!
Here is one up close. Maybe I'll try putting this at the top of my blog.

6:15? I remember some of those early mornings with the same problem. I haven't seen 6:15 since I continually rolled over in bed to hit the alarm clock SNOOZE! I enjoyed your flower shots.
Yummm!!! Nice job everything looks so cute. I think you had a great idea with the picture up top. I like it!!!
I love saying hello to the flowers!! I think I have a red one this year too. I don't think mine is quite as red wow. Sorry about the early morning. :}
Chris, I dream of the day when I can hit snooze!
Amanda, I can't wait to divide some of this stuff and put it in the front!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love the flowers! Lynn is so good at keeping the yard beautiful here - another perk to our basement bungalow! I too long for a snooze button!
Don't flowers just make your day?
We have geraniums, roses, petunias (in a hanging basket) and impatiens. I find even dead-heading the geraniums & roses theraputic.
A wild thing happened today. I woke up at 6:30 and said a little prayer to "please God, just give me until 7:00 before the boys wake up" Well, He gave me until 8:00! Two whole cups of HOT COFFEE!!
GOD IS GOOD!!
Betsy
Betsy- 8:00!!! Fantastic! Hopefully they won't be up til 10 tonight!
Kara you are too funny! The pictures are beautiful. I am going to use one for my desktop here at work.
Brightens my day.

Love the daisies!
I love garden tours in the yard. It sometimes keep Jacob quiet. Your flowers are gorgeous. I can't believe you can remember the names of the all.
You are so good at flowers...I kill them...much as I try to coax them to live. I leave gardening of any sort up to Dean! :) Great job!
Jackie, I keep the tags from everything I buy and keep them in a little picture album. This is where I put my favorite flower pics, too. I like to look at it in the winter when I am longing for spring.
Jen M.- you think I'm good at flowers? You should stroll through Amanda's yard, that's where I got many of my plants that are thriving in my back yard.
