Well it was our first trip to the zoo this year! The weather was perfect, and we ran into several dear friends: Steph, Betsy, and Heather S. from the MOPS group were there with their kiddos, then a bit later we saw Amanda and Jackie! Amanda and Jackie happened upon us as we were pathetically trying to take a picture of ourselves. Amanda helped us out- and look at Adam's pouty face, that little stinker.

It was such a nice day and so good to see everyone. We saw Andrea, but didn't see Jackie or Amanda.
Lots of goodies and fun stuff. Joshua actually laid down when we got home and willingly took a nap! Oh, Kara. That boy who was jumping off the sand area did get himself on the 5:30 news just as we predicted!

Betsy- I turned on the 6:00 news hoping to see one of us... I forgot the news plays at 5:30, too. I'm bummed.
We were there at 9:45 and made our way back to the back first to get our books. Then sat at story time at 11:15 at lunch and saw a few animals and came homw at 12:00. I was wipped!!
We had a really fun time. Glad to see some of you guys, but missed some people too. Cute picture of the family.
For the record, Belinda, Melissa and I all arrived at 1pm and did the zoo thing but it was HOT by then. Sorry we missed everyone but we had swim lessons.

Becky, I promise I will get them to you. Every time I make cookies my kids start diving in... I need to bake them at night when everybody is sleeping!
