Ultrasound

I had an ultrasound today, the doctor just wanted to confirm my due date. The baby measured perfectly for 13 weeks and 4 days, which is right where I'm at. Aug. 9 is still the due date. It is always so amazing to see that little person jumping up and down in there, yet I don't feel a thing yet. And the baby kept opening and shutting it's mouth... I think we have another Adam on the way. :) Just my prediction. We get to find out the beginning of April if it's a boy or girl, any guesses???

hmmm I did guess right the last time.
I am not sure....
Glad it went well.
Do you have names?

ummmmm, girl. so our babies can get married some day :) It would be just as fun for you to have a boy too, then they can be buddies!!
Glad the ultrasound went well!!

No name picked out yet, Jen. We are always taking suggestions. Amanda picked out the name Matthew for Pam's baby, and I said, "Hey, I kinda like that..." You know I would go with anything crazy. I still like Charlotte and Casey hates it. :(

Kara said...

oops, that should've read "not go" with anything crazy.

I have a whole bunch of suggestions from my shower game! I think I like Chris Kleins the best. Chanvey, Markquavis, Demetri, Tyrone or you could go with Kelly Sams' - Elvis :) I did get a bunch of good cute ones too, let me know if you want a good list of boy names.

Hmmm, I'm not sure either, but I will say it's a boy.

Oh, I like Zachery and Brady.

The last baby I named was carter. I really like that. Some picked that for pam too.

I think its a boy.

Do you feel the same way when you're pregnant regardless of the gender?
I think the name Leah is a good girl name that would go along well the rest of your kids' names. Luke would fit for a boy. Think about it: Rachel, Adam, Thomas, Abby, and Leah OR Rachel, Adam, Thomas, Abby, and Luke. They both just go. Sheesh, that's a lot of names to type!

Kelly, I have always felt the same, always carried them the same way.
And those are good suggestions. I have always liked the name Caleb, too.

I love Caleb!!! Luke too because of Star Wars. I am going to have to agree with Casey about Charlotte. For personal reasons

Aren't there any names that you can't pick b/c you knew people with that name? My cousin is a teacher so every name I said.. "nope some kid I had..." Thats agrivating. She picked Lauryn for her girl.

Micheal, matthew, james, Jonathon, David, Luke....what are the other books of the bible?

Hehe

I don't like caleb, aden, hayden. I had a friend who had a katelynn, shawn, then a haze. Like purple haze?!?! I like brady, brandon

I still like charlotte, cassandra I will think of some more.

I won't give my favorite names...I might still want to use them :) But, I like Noah, Gabriel, and Jacob. For girls Sarah, Kayla and Emma.

Oh this is fun! Thank you everybody for your input!

Hmmm, Philip and David are good Bible names. I personally always liked Elijah (You know, you could call him Eli, like Eli Manning the Super Bowl quarterback). Melissa and Priscilla (another Bible name) are very feminine girls names.

Wow, look at all these comments. Glad the ultrasound went well. I always cried at mine. I will guess girl. As for names, I will start thinking.

I like eli!!!

Boy. I like Caleb.
If it's a girl, Allison.

I liked Caleb too, but Ben said, "no." Everybody has such a different opinion when it comes to names so I had to come to the conclusion that I didn't care what others thought. If we have a girl Ben's Dad likes the name Nancy. So like I said, I have come to the conlusion that I don't care what others think. :)

Travis,Stephanie, Olivia & Alex said...

I second you on that Kelly !
Dont care :)

Travis,Stephanie, Olivia & Alex said...

but it is fun coming up with names, plus the name you pick just might not fit the baby, he may look like chuck or charlie

Kara said...

Stephanie- that is so NOT funny! OK, I did "Chuck"le when I read your comment. :)
I know a lot of people gave us "that look" when we named Thomas, but I can't imagine him being anything else.

Casey said NO to Eli because in the bible he was fat and he fell off his chair and died... he said that's what everybody would think about. But I think they would think about Eli Manning as Phil said. :)

Amanda Irene said...

I didn't know that about eli. Hee hee.

Finding out why you wouldn't name a kid something is as fun as thinking of names!
