Today

I was busy making cookies, Rachel and Adam were outside... and it was eerily quiet through the rest of the house. This is what I found Tommy and Abby doing- looking quietly at books. Amazing.

Well, I scrubbed the bathtub and made cookies today. I can't get to every room people.

Abby was pouring over the baby name book this afternoon... I see she made it all the way to "Z". Mondays (my big day out of the house) are fun because my co-workers are just FULL of suggestions for names. This weeks favorites were Elizabeth, Nichole, and Assyriah. That last one was from Tammy, of course.

So are you leaning toward any names?

We were leaning towards Rebekah, but I have acquired information saying that my brother and his wife have picked Rebekah!!! She is having a c-section on Aug 8. Since this is going to be their only baby (she is having a hysterectomy soon due to a painful history of endometriosis) I guess I'll let them have it. :)

So what is your alternative to Rebekah?

I'm not telling!!! I think we have come up with something in the past 20 minutes. Casey said, "OK, now you can have the baby." Soon, soon.

What you arn't wonder women and clean the whole house plus care for 4 children. That's o.k. I can't either and my kids are older there just isn't enough time in the day anymore.

Is this the first time you're keeping the name a secret?

Just in case the second name doesn't work out for you, remember that I have lots of names that I would be happy to share. It would be totally original!

Nic-hole I just don't like that one. Can't it be spelled nicole? My cuz kids name is noelle. Yeah you can come up with one you like better or just as well. I still think thats crazy they keep picking names we pick. Its like the idea of a twin of yourself running around. (boy I am out there today!)

Thanks chris but I bet she'll say no to shashika. :) but its karas blog. :)

Kelly, this would be the first time we kept a secret... I think Casey is skeptical of my secret-keeping abilities.
Amanda, I still love Noelle, that might have to go back in the running.
Chris, I knew I could count on you if needed. Thank you. I'm afraid you will be on vacation when I have this baby, then what will I do??????

Kara, I know you can keep a secret if you really want to. ;)
I love the name Noel. That is so pretty. I was just reading a Noel Piper book too and thought Casey might like that for a girl name :)
I love the picture of the 2 little ones sharing a moment with the books. So sweet.

Oh this is fun, I have never caused such a stir!

Kara, Matt says Rebekah in Hebrew is pronounced Rivkah, so you could name her Rivkah and technically she'd still be Rebekah!

Amber, thanks for the tip! My friends are such a wealth of information!
